How do I fill in the copy request screen?

 Before applying, please make sure Nagoya University collections.
  Please search Nagoya University collections in OPAC.

① Be sure your own information in the client information fields. 
 Please note that if the contact information is incorrect, we will not be able to deliver the materials quickly.

   

② Select the library where you will pick-up ordered materials.
 Click here for the pick-up library.

③ Select the payment method.
 Please check here for the cost and the number of days for ordering.
 The cost of ordering is basically free, as the university provides a service of paying the copying and shipping fee.
 Please check how to pay if you are charged exceptionally.

 If you are using public budgets, please select "public expense".
 When you use the first time public budgets, please contact to your library (ILL service Desk).
 About use of public budgets, plaese check here.

   

④ Please enter the document information in details as possible.
 If the information is not enough, it can be difficult to specify the necessary part for copying, and sending will take time.

⑤ Please enter the notice to the library in the note field.
 Please enter the information source, special materials, etc.
 "I would like to get it by the date of xx MM/ xx DD", "Cancel if paying", please type in.

   

⑥ After entering the above information, click the "Submit" button.
 And [Copy Request Confirmation] screen opens. If there are no problems with the contents, press the “Submit” button.

⑦ In [Complete order] screen, click [Close]
